Finlandiya Türk Haftası Sona Erdi.
19 Ekim’de Başlayan Finlandiya Türk Haftası etkinlikleri yoğun tempoda çalışan Türk Aşçılarımızın çabalarıyla 26 Ekim’de sona erdi. Bir hafta boyunca hünerlerini en iyi şekide sergileyen aşçılarımız öğle ve akşam servislerinde alacarte sistemde verdikleri yemekler Finlandiya’da çok konuşuldu. Türk haftasının olduğu bu hafta içinde Türk Büyük Elçilik’e düzenlenen molatof kokteyli aşçılarımızın geldiği haftaya rast gelmesi aşçılarımızı biraz tedirgin etse bile onlar tam moral çalışıp Türk Mutfak Kültürünü Finlilerin damağında bir yer yaptılar . Klaus K Otel genel Müdürü milli aşçılarımıza bu satırları yazdı.

Upon arrival, Turkish Chefs came to the restaurant ready to work. I was totally impressed about the Professional appearance and behavior. Arriving on a Sunday afternoon after flying into the country, Chefs came with a pressed white coat and apron, not to mention laptop and other pristine working tools.
The Turkish Dream Favours at Ilmatar in Klaus K Hotel was a brainchild of the Ambassador Kinistepe, Embassy of Turkey in Finland and I. I am very proud to have undertaken this Project as a cultural culinary experiment. I feel strong about theFact that We have achieved our objective.
I truly appreciate the organizations behind selecting and sending the most Professional chefs from İstanbul. It was apparent they were enthusiastic and clearly aware of the modern way to represent their culture throuhg the best method they know possible-culinary.
